• Prohibited actions without written consent: licensing, selling, commercially exploiting, reverse-engineering, disassembling, creating derivative works, building competing products.
• CircleGab may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Privacy & Data

• CircleGab collects and uses data as described in its Privacy Policy.

4. Your Content

• Users may upload text, images, videos, and other content.
• You retain ownership but grant CircleGab a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and display it.
• CircleGab may remove or moderate content at any time.
• Feedback/ideas may be used freely by CircleGab.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

• Services may contain ads and third-party content.
• CircleGab does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content.
• Users conducting promotions (e.g., contests) are solely responsible for legal compliance.

6. Violations of the Services

• Prohibited behavior includes: overloading or impairing the Services, unauthorized account access, uploading harmful software, bypassing restrictions, violating laws or IP rights, collecting data via scraping or automation.

7. Moderators

• Moderation is voluntary and unofficial.
• CircleGab can revoke moderator privileges at any time.
• Moderators may not represent CircleGab, accept compensation, or misuse non-public data.

8. DMCA Compliance

• Copyright infringement claims require DMCA-compliant notices.
• Users may submit counter-notices if their content was removed by mistake.

9. Intellectual Property

• All IP belongs to CircleGab or its licensors.
• Users get a limited license but no ownership rights.
• Feedback can be used without restriction.

10. Indemnity

• Users must indemnify CircleGab against claims, damages, or losses caused by misuse of the Services.

• CircleGab’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

14. Termination

15. Miscellaneous

• These Terms + Privacy Policy = entire agreement.
• CircleGab’s failure to enforce does not waive rights.
• If part of the Terms is invalid, the rest remains effective.
